Cognitive Behavioural Therapist

Taking the step towards therapy can feel daunting, and reaching out for support can take courage. I believe therapy can offer a safe space to pause, reflect, and begin to make sense of what you’re going through - without judgement and at a pace that feels right for you.

I’m Pamela, an integrative and trauma-informed Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, supporting adults and young people with a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, low mood, trauma, OCD, ADHD, and autism. I also work with people who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or simply want to gain a better understanding of themselves.

I believe therapy should be personal to you. There is no one-size-fits-all approach, so I adapt our work together to your experiences, needs, and goals. My approach is warm, compassionate and collaborative, and I aim to create an environment where you feel comfortable being yourself and talking openly.

Together, we can explore what may be affecting you, make sense of patterns that may be holding you back, and develop practical ways to manage challenges and move forward. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more confident, resilient, and able to make meaningful changes.

If you’re considering therapy but aren’t sure whether it’s right for you, I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation. It’s an informal opportunity to talk about what you’re looking for, ask any questions, and get a sense of whether I might be the right therapist for you - with no pressure or expectation.
