Counselling can support you in facing a wide range of challenges, such as anxiety, low mood, relationship struggles, workplace issues, bereavement, major life changes or crises, and both past and ongoing trauma.
I provide psychodynamic counselling, a therapeutic approach that focuses on gaining a deeper understanding of ourselves by exploring aspects of our experience that may lie outside of conscious awareness. My training enables me to work with unconscious processes and to explore how past experiences might be influencing your present life.
The goal of this work is to get to the root of difficulties, helping you build inner resources and emotional capacities that support more meaningful connections and a more fulfilling way of living.
I provide a safe, confidential space where you can take the time you need to explore what matters most to you. I am trained to listen with empathy and without judgment, creating an environment where you can feel heard and understood.
We will meet for regular weekly sessions, each lasting 50 minutes. The therapeutic relationship we develop over time plays a vital role in the process. Rather than offering direct advice or solutions, my role is to support you as you work through your thoughts and feelings—helping you move forward in a way that feels right for you.
